The West Linn-Wilsonville School District recently paid a family 10 grand because one of their employees gave an 8-year old student a haircut without parental permission.
Apparently it was a really short haircut.
Now the family isn't a little short.
If anyone wants to pay me 10 grand I'll shave my head.
