Yesterday was Cassie and my 20th anniversary. It seems like the years have gone by quickly -- and if I got to do it over again, or if I was just meeting Cassie for the first time -- I'd ask her to marry me.
We went out for dinner and a movie last night and exchanged our anniversary presents. Cassie got me tickets to Forbidden Broadway: Special Victims Unit (We're seeing it Friday after a dinner downtown) and I got her platinum earrings. (the modern 20-year anniversary gift)
I'm so in love with her.

50 year anniversary
Next week the UCC celebrates 50 years -- but my parents were married a week earlier. Last night we all gathered at White Fence Farm to celebrate Sharon and Fred's (Mom and Dad's) 50th anniversary! They certainly don't look old enough to be celebrating 50 years! (They really were married at 18 . . . I have a 17-year old daughter . . . sigh . . .)
