I'm a fan of the original, so I had to check out the sequel to the 1982 groundbreaking Disney film. Here's my short review.
If you're a fan of the the original, this movie is OK. If you're not, it probably stinks.
Here's a little more:
The cool stuff from the first movie is here and it looks even cooler. But it doesn't look cool enough.
The parade of former characters does pay decent homage to the original. Much of it seemed unnecessary.
The film does get better as it goes on, but it never reaches a place where I'd say "That was a good film."
Bright spot: Michael Sheen is brilliant as Castor/Zuse. I would have loved to see more of him.
I wanted to like this film. I didn't.
