Last evening Cassie, Andrew and I went to see Pixar's first 3D feature film. Here's my short review:

A surprisingly grown up family film. Moving and entertaining.

Expect some laugh out loud moments as well as some moments that will have you holding back tears.

The 3D effects don't make this film, but they do make it better

Favorite line: (word) "Squirrel!"

Adults will likely notice visual or story references to The Lost World and perhaps The Island of Lost Souls.

You're gonna love the 'epic battle scene' It made me think a little of Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones.

Another excellent film from Pixar. I'm looking forward to Toy Story 3 next year!
