Finally back in town -- for the rest of the Summer! (Well, I may head out for a day or two -- but no more long trips until after September.) It's wild how exhausting traveling can be when you're not used to it. I didn't keep up with my working out during the last week (though I did take a very brisk hike every morning -- the temps were in the 90's even at 7 am and I think the humidity was bordering on 100 per cent.)
