Cable Trouble

The networks rejected the newest UCC commercial. (Ejector Pew) They rejected one before too.
The "Bouncer: ad ran all over cable and had a whole lot of media coverage too -- because of the network's refusal to air the ad.
Now cable stations and networks owned by NBC and Viacom have rejected the ad, too.
Are the networks, NBC cable stations and Viacom (covering cable channels that include USA, Telemundo, Nick at Night, TV Land, MTV, VH1, Comedy Central, Bravo and LOGO) part of a plan to give the UCC more publicity? (Discovery and Univision rejected it too!)
If you want to see the ad on TV you can still try cable channels A&E, AMC, BET, CNN, CNN Headline, Hallmark, History, TBS, TNT, E!, Lifetime, Si-TV, Azteca America and ABC/Disney.
